CEO Series: Build a Business Worth Selling, Then Build Another One

Speaker Dave Pollock, CEO of Polyad USA has managed what
every technology entrepreneur hopes to achieve: a successful exit from one
company, while retaining other technologies and
using other contacts to keep other ventures going. Dave started his
career in chemical engineering with Imperial Chemicals, a worldwide business.
He started a polymers business, doing
sales engineering and effective selling in the U.S.
and international markets. He sold one of his businesses, which focused on a
particular film technology, and continues to run another technology-based
company. David will tell what it takes to work in the engineered
polymers business, through experiences as a manufacturer's representative and technology expert. If you're interested in product sales, company
sale, and owner's
career transitions, you should be interested in his story. One final note: David is a Texan (don't let the accent fool you), so his boundaries are and have been unlimited, and his determination to succeed is total.
